/What it is
A public site, a shop for retreats and programmes, B2B sales and a full administration panel for a leadership brand built around experiences in nature. It runs in Spanish and English, with separate addresses for each language.
/The real problem
Selling high-value experiences to people and companies means being able to charge in several ways, keeping legal proof of every purchase and complying with Mexico's personal data law, without the brand's team depending on a programmer to run things day to day.

Card payments confirmed securely
When Stripe reports that a payment was made, the system checks that the notice is genuine and rejects it if it is repeated or too old. Before charging begins, a script checks that all the configuration is right.

Bank transfer with team review
Whoever pays by transfer (SPEI) uploads a receipt and someone on the team validates it from a pending list before the order is marked as paid.

Personal-data rights, as a process
When someone asks to see, correct or delete their data, the request gets a case number, a 20-business-day deadline (excluding holidays), clear states and alerts before it expires. Analytics are in-house and ask for cookie consent, with no Google Analytics.

From payment to a complete file
After payment a PDF receipt is generated, the person signs a contract and confidentiality notice from a single-use link and receives surveys. The answers feed testimonials that the team reviews before publishing.
